Luckily, the Hong Kong government has been making efforts to improve statistical literacy. Every year the Census and Statistics Department will update a new version of "Living with Statistics" on the website. In the book, you may find some concepts and methods of statistics. https://www.censtatd.gov.hk/hkstat/sub/sc460.jsp?productCode=B8XX0025
