Hi, Dr, MEL, I am so impressed by what I have learned from the MEL courses! Thanks so much for all your help! I have a small question about the program evaluation. I wonder what methods should we use in program evaluation? Can we integrate several different tools during the evaluation? It is a kind of a waste if I failed to use what I have learned from the Mel training!

You may apply different tools together in program evaluation, but what matters more is to have a thorough understanding of the program from the inputs to desirable outcomes, not the skill or tool used to evaluate.
