In our community, there are many new immigrants, mostly women. They seem not familiar with the social services we provide. How shall we motivate them to join in our activities?

It takes some time for new immigrants to know the local welfare system and the way NGOs work. Perhaps you may try to introduce your services in local schools and let the kids tell their moms.
