When we evaluate whether a program is good or not, we could consider from the subsequent perspectives:
Whether the program has enough resources, including human resources, budget, and funding? Whether the goals and objectives are clearly defined and attainable? Whether the activities are designed based on evidence-based practice? Whether the program has a solid theoretical foundation? Whether systematic efforts in empirical evaluation are included?
