Some of the most pressing needs include:
Information about the underlying illness or condition of the care recipient;
Assistance in identifying the needs of the care recipient and help managing the services that are needed;
Respite services;
Supportive services for caregivers;
Assistance with transportation and escort services;
Help selecting a home health agency or assisted-living facility.
