Following my previous post, according to the existing literature, besides social support, many other factors would influence community mental health, such as age, gender, and education level. Shall we set them all as independent variables?

People who care for disabled people frequently shoulder a heavy caregiving burden. I want to investigate it further and experiment with it quantitatively. Would you kindly suggest a valid scale that measures the burden of providing care?
