Usually, apart from the number of places available, the waiting time is also subject to factors like the date of application and the applicant’s preferences for homes (preference for districts/specific homes, the religious background of homes, choice of diet, etc.). The waiting period will be shorter if he/she didn’t opt for a specific home.
