Hi, Dr, MEL, I am so impressed by what I have learned from the MEL courses! Thanks so much for all your help! I have a small question about the program evaluation. I wonder what methods should we use in program evaluation? Can we integrate several different tools during the evaluation? I wonder what methods should we use in program evaluation? Can we integrate several different tools during the evaluation? You may apply different tools together in program evaluation, but what matters more is to have a thorough understanding of the program from the inputs to desirable outcomes, not the skill or tool used to evaluate.
