CWS entail services provided especially for disadvantaged families. Educational assistance also entails various individual and therapeutic interventions that can be offered to students as outpatients, partial inpatients, or full inpatients. As many children in CWS have behavioural or mental problems, they can easily be compared with clinical rather than normative samples of children.
