When working with blogs in therapy, consider the following:
• Discuss with the young person with whom they would be willing to share their personal information. Are they using avatars (symbols/pictures and names to represent themselves anonymously) or their real names and real pictures?
• Discuss the purpose of the journal and how it might supplement the young person’s journey to better health and well-being.
