Person who are physically handicapped do not necessary mean that they remain weak in their performance of their action. It has been observed that blind person which have been totally deprive the light for the atmosphere to see can make also a remarkable progress. Blind persons with the methods and habit of living style may have that action of the regular requirement much more better than visionary eye persons. With blind persons haing their gift of learning, musical instruments including their vocal practice just as flute, tabla, and piano, and they may get good presentation in the public show.
For the socially handicapped person there are certain social institutes that may offer them training programs according to need and requirement with free residence and food services. With this for the member of society for handicapped persons, a right track of their life is given. They may not have much disturbance not only for their life but also for the society .
