The Neighbourhood Support Child Care Project (NSCCP) may be a suitable choice. It aims to provide needy parents with a flexible form of day childcare service at the neighborhood level and, at the same time, to foster mutual help and care in the community. Since October 2011, NSCCP has covered all 18 districts over the territory.
