Living in unaffordable and undesirable conditions might cause people to be more pessimistic and isolated. I wonder whether there are any supporting policies for dealing with this problem in Hong Kong?

People who care for disabled people frequently shoulder a heavy caregiving burden. I want to investigate it further and experiment with it quantitatively. Would you kindly suggest a valid scale that measures the burden of providing care?
