Thanks to the MEL courses and everyone’s sharing, I’ve learned so much about program evaluation! Thanks to the MEL courses and everyone’s sharing, I’ve learned so much about program evaluation! The choice of the model or models depends on some factors, including the particular agency and program being evaluated, the reason for the evaluation, the general skill set and approach of the particular evaluator, and the other elements such as time frame and resources available, etc.
