I am not familiar with statistics...how may I evaluate my programme statistically? Is it a must to use excel or SPSS?

First, based on your research goals, you need to develop a rigorous and scientific research design, and then perform statistical analysis on the data you collect. The use of statistical software should be based on your specific research question.

After designing your questionnaire (including figuring out what kinds of variable do you want, etc) based on these objectives, you may use SPSS to do the analyses. Feel free to ask your questions here!

I think SPSS is relatively easy to use and already sufficient to do simple data analyses. It is okay to be not familiar with statistics ^^. You may follow SMART objective when you are new at running statistical data.
A SMART objective is:
• Specific: Is the objective concrete, detailed, and precise enough?
• Measurable: Does the objective include numbers and quantities to provide means of measurement and comparison?
• Achievable: Is the objective feasible and easy to put into action>
• Realistic: When setting the objective, are constraints such as resources, personnel and costs considered?
• Time-bound: Does the objective include a time frame?

The issue of youth unemployment is currently a pressing matter, particularly in times of economic hardship. Recent news reports have highlighted that approximately 400 recent graduates have found employment in the Great Bay Area. Could this be considered a sampling strategy if data were to be gathered from all of them?
