Hi, I am afraid I disagree with a previous post that “the pandemic will worsen hidden youth’s situation.” You see, now everyone is asked to stay at home, and hidden youth no longer face pressure from their parents or society to go out, which might reduce their stress level.

Under the chronic pandemic, older persons in residential care might feel increasing loneliness as family members cannot visit them in person. I see a news report that some residential homes have used robots for virtual visits, hence I plan to compare the loneliness levels of older persons between those who virtual visits and those who do not.
