Define program objectives: Clearly define the objectives of the program evaluation, specifying the desired outcomes related to educational level and life satisfaction. Determine the specific aspects of educational level (e.g., attainment, quality of education) and life satisfaction (e.g., overall life satisfaction, specific domains of satisfaction) that you aim to measure.

Select appropriate measurement tools: Choose reliable and validated measurement tools to assess educational level and life satisfaction. Consider utilizing established scales and questionnaires, such as the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) for measuring life satisfaction and educational attainment records or self-report measures for educational level.
