One limitation of PROCESS is that its models are pre-set and cannot be customized to align with specific research hypotheses. To overcome this constraint, we recommend expanding your skillset to include data analysis software such as AMOS or Mplus. These tools offer greater flexibility in exploring variable relationships and will empower you to better investigate your research hypotheses.
