Through the adoption of legislation that specifically targets the illegal supply, trafficking, and use of psychotropic substances, preventive education and publicity campaigns, treatment and rehabilitation services, research on anti-drug tactics, and collaboration on anti-drug issues with Mainland and foreign authorities, ND fights the drug abuse problem.
