Yes. It has been regularized since February 2019 to provide support for older adults with dementia and their carers in the community through a medical-social collaboration model. The services will be extended to all the 41 district elderly community centers and 7 Hospital Authority clusters across the territory to provide cross-sectoral and multi-disciplinary support services.
