Innovative ways to deliver drug T&R services are investigated and adopted for engaging, reaching out to, and providing counseling services for drug abusers, such as online medical/counseling consultation, telecare, or telerehabilitation. This is done in order to quickly respond to unforeseen circumstances, including public health hazards, in the future.
