Hi everyone! I have found some information from The American Association of Diabetes Educators. They believe changes in patient behavior to be the outcome most sensitive to diabetes self-management support. We are also conducting a program for patients with diabetes. Could you give me a clue about how to measure the behavior changes in patients?

Sure. Diabetes educator-researchers have recommended that measures of seven self-care behaviors be used to determine the effectiveness of self-management education at the individual and population levels. These behaviors include monitoring blood glucose, problem-solving, taking medicine, psychosocial adaptation, reducing risks of complications, being active, and eating.
