Session 3, 4 & 5

Our participants had a fruitful day of training with Prof. Steven Ngai, Prof. Ilan Katz, Prof. Qijin Cheng, and Dr. Yuen Hang Ng on 21 and 22 September 2020! We have completed the module “Service Development and Monitoring” and just started the module “Media and Communications” and “Resource and Planning Management”!
