Sharing topic: Smart Drinks for Healthy Life: A Study on Hydration Knowledge and Water Intake Practices among Caregivers for Elderly
Description:
As the population ages, the pressure on caregivers increases. ‘Smart Drinks for Healthy Life’ Group aims to encourage caregivers to learn different knowledge about “body hydration” through regular meetings, so that they can pay more attention to the physical and mental health of themselves and the people they care for. The Jockey Club’s MEL training programme combines systematic monitoring, evaluation and learning to provide a scientific effectiveness evaluation framework for our group. This sharing will introduce how to use the MEL tool to comprehensively evaluate and optimize service quality, from designing group goals, collecting quantitative and qualitative data, to analyzing caregivers’ satisfaction and group effectiveness. Through practical examples, we will explore how to adjust the group content based on the evaluation results, enhance the participation and support of carers, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the service. Welcome colleagues to join us and learn how to use MEL to promote the continuous improvement and influence expansion of carers’ drinking water groups.
