The strength perspective focuses on the resources of the client and believes that difficult experiences do not necessarily have a negative impact on personal development. Therefore, from the strength perspective, social work intervention should focus on assisting clients to discover and enhance their potential. Compared with the problem perspective, I think the strength perspective has more advantages in helping young people.
