The concept of social justice draws on thinking of a range of disciplinary contexts, law, sociology and social policy in particular, over the past half-century. Social justice is a framework of political objectives, pursued through social, economic, environmental and political policies, based on an acceptance of difference and diversity, and informed by values concerned with many other factors.
