In the process of social development, the government is one of the main responsibilities for the provision of social welfare. One of the goals of social welfare is to realize the equal enjoyment of welfare services by members of the society. Therefore, the government should bear the main responsibility for welfare provision to a certain extent.

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
