Struggles may occur when several professional groups struggle to ensure the most interesting and challenging elements of care work for elderly, for example, rehabilitation. Is it the nurse, the physiotherapist or the certified social and health assistant who should coach and train the elderly to enable them to do more by themselves? Here different professional groups struggle to create an image that qualifications and knowledge base are best suited to the task of rehabilitating the elderly.
