The concept of ownership consists of the recognition that an individual or group of individuals is connected to their agency or environment and can make a lasting and impactful change to their environment. Partnership consists of mutual respect, communication, and collaboration. Finally, accountability is the willingness of an individual or group of individuals to take on responsibility for the collective functioning of their agency or environment.
