When doing an independent t-test about the mean scores of life satisfaction of older women and older men, we found the p-value is greater than 0.05. Does it mean there is no difference between the two groups?

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
