Indeed, much of the information available to NGO practitioners wishing to undertake program evaluation remains generic, focusing on theory and concepts while lacking the specificity required to guide the conduct of an evaluation. However, as you inquired, there is a framework, branded “Easy Evaluation,” which has been widespread across a variety of health-related settings and topics, including projects examining diabetes care, sonography training, sexual health promotion, and the implementation of age-friendly community initiatives.
