The program sends staff to visit prisoners in prisons and assist them in creating rehabilitation plans for when they are released back into society. Through routine visits to their homes or places of employment, supervisors also provide guidance and counseling to supervisees and the members of their families, and if necessary and appropriate, refer them to welfare services.
