This includes monitoring health outcomes and service delivery, as well as people's living conditions, using data disaggregated by age, sex, income, disability, and other factors. Qualitative data is also essential to understand the causes of inequities. Evaluating efforts to reduce disparities and improve opportunities for disadvantaged groups is key to achieving health equity.
