To evaluate a program focused on increasing employer willingness to hire persons with disabilities, consider the following five key points:

Employer engagement: Assess the level of employer engagement with the program. Measure the number of employers who have actively participated in the program, and attended information sessions, workshops, or networking events focused on disability inclusion. Evaluate the reach and diversity of employers engaged, including small, medium, and large businesses across various industries. Measure the program's success in attracting employer interest and involvement.

Employer attitudes and perceptions: Evaluate changes in employer attitudes and perceptions towards hiring persons with disabilities. Conduct pre- and post-program surveys or interviews to assess employers' beliefs, knowledge, and opinions regarding disability inclusion in the workplace. Measure changes in their awareness of the benefits and challenges associated with hiring persons with disabilities. Compare pre- and post-program data to determine if the program has positively influenced employer attitudes.

Employer practices and policies: Assess changes in employer practices and policies related to disability inclusion. Evaluate if the program has led to the adoption of inclusive recruitment practices, reasonable accommodation policies, and accessibility measures in the workplace.
