Several barriers can hinder young people from securing employment. Here are some common barriers:
1. Lack of work experience: Many young people face challenges in finding employment due to a lack of relevant work experience. Employers often seek candidates with practical experience, which can be difficult for young people who are just entering the job market.
2. Limited access to job opportunities: Young people may face barriers in accessing job opportunities, particularly if they come from disadvantaged backgrounds or areas with limited employment prospects. Geographical constraints, lack of transportation, or a concentration of job opportunities in urban areas can limit their access to employment.
3. Skills mismatch: There can be a disconnection between the skills young people possess and the skills demanded by employers. The education system may not adequately align with the needs of the job market, leading to a skills mismatch. This mismatch can make it challenging for young people to find employment that matches their qualifications and abilities.
4. Discrimination and bias: Young people may encounter discrimination and bias during the hiring process. Age-related prejudices or stereotypes may lead employers to underestimate the capabilities and potential of young candidates. Discriminatory practices based on gender, ethnicity, or socio-economic background can further exacerbate barriers to employment.
5. Economic conditions and competition: Economic conditions, such as high unemployment rates or a competitive job market, can create barriers for young people seeking employment. Limited job openings, a surplus of qualified candidates, and a lack of job security can make it challenging for young people to secure stable and suitable employment.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
