Stakeholders and service users are usually involved in program evaluation. Take the Review on the Implementation of the Integrated Family Service Centre Service Mode as an example. The service operators and staff members of IFSCs, members of the District Coordinating Committee on Family and Child Welfare Services, community leaders, and representatives from NGOs, government departments, district organizations, and service users are all invited to participate in the study to review the implementation of the IFSC service mode.
