I am not sure about it. According to previous evaluation results, challenges of engagement not only affect individuals using mental health apps but also clinicians who are involved in their care. A recent review found that workflow issues, such as training and workload, are the leading barrier to clinicians using apps within care. That is also another reason why we also need monitoring, to track the process of the program.
