To evaluate a program aiming at building the social capital of residents, consider the following five points:

Network analysis: Conduct a network analysis to assess the social connections and relationships among program participants and within the community. Measure indicators such as the number of connections, the diversity of social ties, and the strength of relationships. Analyze changes in the social network structure over time to evaluate the program's impact on building social capital.

Trust and reciprocity: Evaluate the level of trust and reciprocity among program participants and within the community. Measure indicators such as participants' trust in one another, their willingness to cooperate and collaborate, and their engagement in reciprocal relationships. Assess changes in trust levels and the extent to which participants engage in mutually beneficial interactions.

Community engagement: Assess the level of community engagement resulting from the program. Measure indicators such as the number of community members actively participating in community activities or events facilitated by the program. Evaluate the extent of community collaboration, volunteerism, and collective problem-solving efforts. Increased community engagement indicates the program's success in building social capital.

Collective action: Evaluate the program's impact on fostering collective action within the community. Measure indicators such as the number and success of community-led initiatives, the level of participation in community decision-making processes, and the ability of residents to advocate for their common interests. Assess changes in residents' motivation and capacity to work together for shared goals.

Perceived social capital: Gather feedback from program participants and community members regarding their perception of social capital within the community. Conduct surveys, interviews, or focus groups to capture their experiences, opinions, and observations. Assess changes in participants' sense of belongingness, social support, and their perception of community cohesion and cooperation. Positive feedback reflects the program's impact on building social capital.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
