To evaluate a program focused on the relationships between psychological resilience, activities of daily living, and cognitive functioning among older adults in Hong Kong, consider the following five key points:

Participant assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of the participating older adults, focusing on psychological resilience, activities of daily living (ADLs), and cognitive functioning. Utilize validated measurement tools to evaluate psychological resilience, such as the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale. Assess ADLs using established scales like the Barthel Index, and evaluate cognitive functioning through validated tools like the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE).

Correlation analysis: Perform correlation analyses to examine the relationships between psychological resilience, ADLs, and cognitive functioning. Calculate correlation coefficients (e.g., Pearson's correlation) to determine the strength and direction of associations between these variables. Analyze the qualitative data to identify common themes and narratives that contribute to a comprehensive evaluation.
