Families living below the poverty line in Hong Kong face various challenges due to their economic circumstances. Here are five key challenges commonly experienced by these families:

High cost of living: Hong Kong has one of the highest costs of living globally, making it particularly challenging for families living in poverty. The high costs of housing, food, education, healthcare, and other essential expenses can strain limited financial resources, making it difficult for families to meet their basic needs.

Inadequate housing conditions: Many low-income families in Hong Kong face inadequate housing conditions, including residing in subdivided flats, cramped living spaces, or inadequate sanitation facilities. Limited access to affordable housing contributes to overcrowding, compromising the physical and mental well-being of family members.

Limited access to quality education: Poverty often limits access to quality education for children in Hong Kong. Low-income families may struggle to afford school fees, tutoring services, educational resources, and extracurricular activities. This can perpetuate educational inequalities and limit opportunities for upward social mobility.

Insufficient social support: Families living below the poverty line may face challenges in accessing adequate social support. Limited access to social welfare programs, healthcare services, childcare support, and community resources can exacerbate their financial and social vulnerabilities, leaving them more susceptible to poverty traps.

Stigmatization and social exclusion: Poverty can result in stigmatization and social exclusion, leading to psychological and emotional hardships for families. Stereotypes and biases associated with poverty can affect individuals' self-esteem, social relationships, and opportunities for social integration and participation.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
