Next week, we will meet Prof. Steven Ngai in the morning session. He will introduce effectiveness-based MEL models and tools and monitoring systems used in social service areas.

In the afternoon, Prof. Qijin Cheng and Dr. Yuen-hang Ng will show you how to make use of social media tools in programme evaluation.

Participants in round 3 will meet Prof. Ilan Katz for Resource and Planning Management.
