Ok. there are some online tools on my list for your infromation:

inforgraphic: Canva, Pixlr, Easel.ly, Infogram, Venngage

video: Animaker, iMovie, Renderforest

GIF: Ezgif, GIFMaker

Some do need payment, but affordable.
