The CCPSA provides services including case and group counseling for psychotropic substance abusers and their families; preventive education programs for students of secondary schools, post-secondary institutions, and vocational training organizations and the community; professional training for allied professionals; and on-site medical support service for needy people to early identify and motivate them to seek early treatment.
