I am a social worker in the district of Sham Shui Po. My agency would start a new home care service for older adults with disabilities in the community and asked me to estimate the potential number of older adults who may have needs for home care services. You may refer to the latest population census in Hong Kong and the number of persons with disabilities in Hong Kong. Then you can calculate the rate of disabilities in the whole population and use it to estimate the number of persons with disabilities in Sham Shui Po District.
