Since your participants are primary school students, close-ended questions would be better. You need to make sure that the questions are easy for them to answer. Also, the questionnaire should not be too long.

It is conceivable that individuals who have been incarcerated and now reside in the community may encounter social exclusion. I am determined to take action to address this issue.
