In Hong Kong, several indicators are commonly used to calculate and measure poverty. Here are five key indicators:

Poverty Line: The poverty line is a widely used indicator to measure poverty. In Hong Kong, the poverty line is based on the concept of relative poverty and is defined as half of the median monthly household income of all households. Individuals or households with incomes below the poverty line are considered to be living in poverty.

Poverty Rate: The poverty rate is the percentage of the population living below the poverty line. It provides an overall measure of the prevalence of poverty in Hong Kong. The poverty rate is typically calculated annually or periodically based on income data.

Income-to-Poverty Ratio: The income-to-poverty ratio is the ratio of a household's income to the poverty line. It indicates how far a household's income falls below or above the poverty line. A ratio below 1 signifies that the household's income is below the poverty line.

Gini Coefficient: The Gini coefficient is a measure of income inequality. It quantifies the extent to which income distribution deviates from perfect equality. A higher Gini coefficient indicates higher income inequality, while a lower coefficient suggests a more equal distribution of income.

Deprivation Index: The deprivation index focuses on non-monetary aspects of poverty, such as lack of access to essential goods and services. It considers indicators such as housing conditions, educational attainment, healthcare access, and social participation to assess the extent of deprivation experienced by individuals or households.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
