Barrier-free facilities in estates, markets, and other public places are important for persons with disabilities. The government and HA’s retrofitting program was largely completed in 2014. Currently, only 0.5% of taxis in Hong Kong are wheelchair accessible. I also found the percentage is 58% in London and 12.1% in Sydney. I want to see if the three figures are statistically different. What kind of statistical analysis shall I perform?
