The Scales of social well-being at Individual level ???
In 2019, there are over 180,000 children aged below 18 living in poverty in Hong Kong ??, which is representing 17.8% of the whole children population according to the survey conducted by the Hong Kong Census and Statistics Department. How to assist these underprivileged children to escape from the developmental disadvantages is a big challenge among policy-makers and NGOs, especially during the social distancing measures under the COVID-19 pandemic.?♀️?♂️
