There are really no one-size fits all curriculum design for student with severe disabilities. however, curriculum for this population should fundamentally be flexible in content and approach. With at least 13 categories of disabilities, there is a possibility that a student might exhibit more than one disability, you might want to consider the curriculum design to first address the student strength and abilities first. Also, your goal should be a curriculum that supports, individualization, functional academic and independent living skills.
