The pandemic has increased academic stress for many young people, including local and non-local students. However, the stressors and their risk factors might be different for these two groups. Our center is very interested in such differences! I wonder when surveying the academic stress of adolescents, can we use stratified random sampling for local and non-local students?

In the field of assessment research, randomized controlled trials (RCTs) are regarded as the gold standard. What if my sample of street sleepers does not allow me to conduct the random assignment?

Random control trials and comparison group designs appear to examine the effectiveness of the program in a comparable way. So what makes them different?

If we use a group of single parents as a comparison group, does that mean they won’t be eligible for the intervention?

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?

I have designed a large-scale survey about the life satisfaction of low-income families in Hong Kong. Is it appropriate to use the electronic survey through mobile phones?
